When you receive your Nasal Spray we advise that it should be used within 2 months. This does not mean however that it is not safe to use after that period, it just may not be as potent. Please ensure the product has been stored in the fridge.
Which Strength Should I Get?
Insert the nasal spray about 1cm into your nostril. Pump the device completely down whilst you inhale through your nose at the same time. This allows the mist to distribute evenly across your nasal mucous membrane.
Do the Tan Enhancers Work without Sun?
The vitamins in the Tan Enhancers requires some exposure to natural daylight to activate. This wouldn't be a problem because you will most likely be exposed to daylight on a daily basis.
How long will the Tan Enhancers take to Darken my Skin?
You will begin to notice your skin colour darkening towards the end of your first bottle used for your "Loading Phase".
They work by entering your body's system and acts in a similar way to your body's natural hormone that increases the production of vitamins in the skin, causing it to darken.
They do not cause cancer, they are also legal. Exposure to sun rays and sunbeds can increase your chances of skin cancer. Tan Enhancers will reduce your need for over exposure to these rays.
What is the best products for the sun?
The best products for the sun are the tanning gels or oil based products as they reflect the sunlight easily and are waterproof for when you go in the pool. Note: add SPF underneath to avoid any burning.
How long will my order take?
Next day - If ordered by 3pm will be sent out same day 1st class with a 1-2 working day delivery aim.
Standard Delivery - 3 - 5 working days
'Shipstation' is used through Evri to deliver your parcels.
Note: if your order is placed on Friday-Sunday it may be shipped over the weekend but in most cases it will only be shipped out on Monday.
How long until I see results?
The time it takes to see results will vary from person to person depending on factors such as skin type, tanning experience and UV exposure.
When will I recieve my order confirmation or shipping confirmation?
Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email with the email you provided at checkout check junk / spam folder, tracking will be from Evri under Shipstation. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us.
I have recieved a faulty items or items are missing from my order?
We advise all customers to check their order once received to ensure their order is correct. We ask for you to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order for any enquiries. For any faulty items, please include photos/videos showing the fault to help us assist you quicker.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are able to be cancelled up until they are shipped. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation once their order has shipped.
